| The ITBBC will
have provided the designated Contact Person with an authorization
code. The preparation of the disaster recovery workstations
is initiated via a telephone call to the ITBBC customer
service desk at (888) 884-8222 extension 2.
If an ITBBC employee does not answer the call;
then the voicemail system automatically calls three on-call
ITBBC employees to respond to the call. Please be certain
to leave a callback number on the message. The designated
Contact Person must provide the authorization code to initiate
disaster recovery procedures.
