Payments are due in advance of each calendar quarter. Payment
due at Service installation will include a prorated charge
for the current calendar quarter.
An annual prepayment discount of 5% is available and must
be selected at the time service is ordered.
Subscriber will be charged the monthly fee corresponding
to the peak data usage during any month.
Additional charges resulting from increased data usage
will be charged on the subsequent quarterly invoice. At
subscriber’s request, subscriber’s data capacity
can be limited to a predetermined data capacity. If data
requirements exceed the data limit, a data limit exceeded
message will be sent allowing subscriber to delete data
or purchase additional data capacity. Additional disaster
recovery seats cannot be added to a service plan at the
time seats are being utilized by subscriber. Disaster recovery
seats are available for seven consecutive days during a
disaster recovery event that causes subscriber’s business
location to be inoperable. Additional days can be purchased
at the cost of per seat per day. Subject to availability,
additional seats can be purchased during a disaster recovery
event at the cost of per seat per day. All charges for office
supplies, long distance phone calls, etc. are additional
charges.
Subscriber is responsible for keeping current images of
disaster recovery workstations backed up with the IT Business
Backup Center.
Subscriber network throughput will be made available for
up to 12 hours per day for data backup. Additional ITBBC
network capacity for subscribers with dynamic data storage
requirements can be purchased for per month for additional
increments of 256 kb per second for up to 12 hours per day.
Subscriber is responsible for its corresponding access to
the Internet.
